Is EZGO better than club car?
It is not uncommon for a Club Car golf cart, when properly maintained, to last well over 20 years. E-Z-Go Golf Carts, while cheaper than Club Car golf carts, do not offer the same quality. The motors used in most E-Z-Go golf carts are not nearly as powerful as the motors used by Club Car.

Newer EZ-GO carts have the words “TXT”, “Freedom TXT”, “RXV” or “Freedom RXV” listed on the side of the cart, located vertically beneath the armrests. Once you have the serial number, then enter your serial number into the top left search box on the EZGO website to verify the make and model of your cart!
